A beautiful, romantic tango.

In case you wondered how it went before Christmas, with the my being the "official" interpreter for Italian baritone Andrea Zese, it turned out that my help was needed in social situations, so I had a ball doing this volunteer work!  Andrea is a splendid person, a very serious, passionate artist, but so down-to-earth.  In the company's debut at the Naples Philharmonic, Opera Naples put on an exquisite performance of Tosca, in which Andrea played the "villain", Scarpia. He left Naples just in time for Christmas with his family in Rovigo, near Venice, and then took off immediately afterward for a performance in the Far East, and we've stayed in touch. Through this unusual assignment, I've made a friend for life!

I have no special commentary today.  I hope you get much enjoyment and inspiration from this one, as I did!

As always, I welcome your thoughts!
